Refunds Policy
GSSEPrep provides access to digital educational content, including question banks, explanations, references, and performance analytics. By purchasing a GSSEPrep subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refunds Policy.
Digital Products and Access
GSSEPrep subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content upon payment. Once access has been granted, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or incorrect purchase.
Free Access
Free users may access limited GSSEPrep features at no cost. As no payment is taken, refunds do not apply to free access.
Subscription Plans
Paid subscriptions (e.g. 6-month access) are charged upfront for the full subscription period.
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer partial refunds or pro-rata refunds for:
- Early cancellation
- Failure to use the service
- Exam deferral or failure
- Change in personal circumstances
Access will remain active until the end of the subscribed period.
Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if:
- The service has a major failure
- The service is not provided as described
- The service is not fit for its intended purpose and the issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable time
If a major failure occurs, you may choose a refund or replacement service.

If you experience technical issues accessing GSSEPrep:

- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue
Refunds will only be considered if a substantial access issue persists and cannot be reasonably resolved.
Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or duplicated, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
